Dr. Jeffrey Sherman
Board-Certified Physician
Dr. Jeffrey Sherman is an internist affiliated with Sibley Memorial Hospital and George Washington University Hospital. Dr. Sherman is certified in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
Dr. Sherman earned his medical degree from Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, where he also completed his internship. He completed a residency in internal medicine at Albert Einstein-Montefiore Medical Center, followed by a fellowship in rheumatology at the National Institutes of Health Clinical Center.
Dr. Sherman was named a Regional Top Doctor in 2014 by
Castle Connolly.
Dr. Siân Spurney

Dr. Spurney is a native Washingtonian. She has been practicing medicine in the DC area since 2002 both in the office and hospital settings. She graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Arts, attended The George Washington University School of Medicine where she graduated with honors and was inducted into AOA. She then completed her residency and chief residency at Columbia-Presbyterian in Internal Medicine.
Dr. Spurney’s goal is to build a healthcare partnership with her patients, working together to help them learn and practice habits of healthy living and guiding them through healthcare decisions.
Dr. Spurney enjoys cooking, spending time with her family and traveling.
Dr. Chris Westley
Board-Certified Physician
Dr. Westley is a native Washingtonian. He returned to the area after living in New Orleans where he was a primary care doctor. He graduated with honors from Brown University with a Bachelor of Science and attended the George Washington School of Medicine where he graduated with honors. He then
completed a residency at Tulane University in Internal Medicine and pursued further training as a Cardiology fellow at Georgetown University.
He chose a career in Internal Medicine to focus on high quality, patient-centered care ranging from treatment of complex conditions to preventive care.
In his spare time, Dr. Westley enjoys sports, nature, and healthy, delicious cooking.
